Welcome to FRCC-

We’re Jim and Melony Dixon. FRCC is the brainchild of all our hobbies come to life. We moved to Colorado 12 years ago from Michigan when the economy collapsed. To say it was the best decision of our lives would be an understatement.

Jim grew up in Michigan and spent his early years in Landscaping and concrete construction.  After moving, and some serious medical issues and longer being able to do strenuous physical labor he began to focus more on helping others. He does this through his countless hours of volunteering with various organizations in numerous roles. He currently serves on multiple Boards of Directors with various local Organizations and Groups.

Melony grew up an Air Force brat in Germany. After growing up overseas she moved to Michigan at the age 21 and met Jim. There she began her work with adults with developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Her work continues today with an incredible organization she has been a part of for almost 12 years now.

We love to spend time in Nature with our three dogs.
